ID THEFT VICTIM STORY

Im not quite sure what TERROISTIC Identity assumption is, but it sure fits what I believe to be my Plight! I know a woman (she has been stalking me for 10 years), that i made the mistake of befriending once and I have never been able to get away from her "EVIL EYE" ever since. She has a prison record for "Identity Theft" and is a IV drug user in active addiction. I think that's her mental affliction is that she is never clean and as such , her daily drug use for over 20 years has deemed her "EVIL- INCARNATE". She has been hacking into my computer & my email for as long as I have known her. She is obsessed with me and my life, my name, my credit.....ANYWAY she can keep me from the internet, she does. This is the first time I have been on the internet in 7 months.....and I'll be surprised if this actually get's sent and posted because this "Dark Force" has knowledge of every single facet of my life , and this includes my SS#, my address, My old IP address, (she access my computer thru "Remote Access" I think)and I have almost gotten a divorce from my husband (who is not aquainted with computers in any way)who believes I am obsessed with her, because i blow up while sitting at my computer having literally no control of my internet, my settings, or my email....whether it gets sent or not when i compose, or whether or not I can receive any email and if so, which email she thinks i should receive. Now,I don' know what to do about it. I have bought 2 computer towers now, am not able to Download my "Ghostsurf" software and get on the internet at the same time. So when I fiunally got it installed, I had to turn around and un-install it. What's worse, is she (I know) has been sending me postal mail from products and services I did not inquire about, and some of these are credit card applications. You only receive those if you ask for an application. To top it off, she always sends all postal mail in my maiden name, to which i changed at the DMV, the SS Office(and have a new SS card with my married name to prove it)which tells me that she is probably jealous of my marriage. I know this woman and she is nothing nice. She has a prison record for Identity theft but because of technicalities that she read up on in the laws & Penal system her in AZ, she only served 9 Days in prison, and 4 months probation. She is the bain of my existence. Am i going to have to change my name, get a new SS# and move to lose this woman for good? Why should I have to change my entire life to get some privacy & some peace in my life. Ive prayed and prayed as she preys and preys on every facet of my life. Lisa Diane Alkire Russell is her name, If anyone has any ideas for me , ANY and all ideas WILL be considered to get her convicted or just to stop TERRORIZING me all together. I know aALL of her personal info to include her SS# and Inmate #, Address, and phone #. I look forward to anyone calling me @ 602-277-5267...Sincerely, Sandra J. Castillo
