ID THEFT VICTIM STORY

Hi,

My wife cut my penis off. She then quickly ran with my long, thick penis to a next door hospital and transplanted it on her boyfriend (he had a little penis).

Now my DNA is part of her boyfriend and now I am scared she will cut off my fingers and transplant them on him.

Please help me get my penis back, its hard to pee-pee sitting down.
