ID THEFT VICTIM STORY My son was arrested on August14th on burglary charges. He gave me permission to go to his apartment to remove papers and mail. I found a t-Mobile cell phone bill in my name. I went to Wal-Mart's T-Mobile and aquired copies of my son's transaction of fraud and forgery of my name and ss#. With the assistance of Michael Fazio, my son was able to aquire a cell phone using my name and ss# in May of 2003. Michael Fazio did not recieve a copy of any I.D. in my name which is the policy when acquiring a cell phone.

In order to be relieved from the amount due on the cell phone account, of $200 plus usage, I had to file charges of Identity Theft and fraud against my son. When he has his prelimary hearing on August 21st for burglary, he will be arrested on the fraud charges and sent back to the Allegheny County Jail, pending yet another preliminary hearing.

I refused to pay his bail on the first charge, and I will certainly refuse to pay bail on the second charge. My son is bi-polar, manic depressive and has OCD. Let's hope the magistrate makes the right decision here and orders him to recieve the mental health treatment that he needs as a condition for freedom.

I would appreciate any help if anyone has any!!
