(PLEASE READ!) VAA IS IN GRAVE DANGER.

Two Items:

#1.

-Our VAA President has been told that she is on a “hate list”. Whatever she’s on – She’s been on it now for 17    years and her problem (in the past) has included extreme ID Theft. This coupled with her extensive financial background (see attached resume) is why she started VAA. Recently her problem has escalated.

- We have contacted the Kentucky U.S. senator Mitch McConnell with no reply.

- We have contacted the White House to the attention of George Bush and have now been referred to the Justice Dept.

- We have hand delivered info to 7 different departments (including investigations and news) to ABC, CBS, FOX, and NBC and requested help (by way of spotlighting what is being done) with no reply.

- It has been stressed in all communications all over the country that our VAA president MUST be personally involved in ANY investigation done. Otherwise NOTHING will be seen at all with the way this crime is orchestrated. No one has made contact with us to help with this.

- Because use of phone, mail, e-mail, computer, and fax have all been grossly tampered with and our VAA president had been monitored in every move she made – she has not been able to attain paid employment herself and VAA has not been able to get one fund raiser up off the ground in the past two years, there has also been a great many break-ins included in the perpetration of this “hate list” and also a major, horrendous character assassination aimed directly at our VAA president. This in the past has included Identity Theft also: noticeably missing from this last attack.

#2.

- It’s bad enough to have to report that our president has been a 17 year victim. Our VAA President was called into DC for a professional meeting by an office that had agreed to help decide what equipment/technology would be used in the VAA National Community Action Project. (A project to supply fake I.D. detection equipment to all U.S. airports and police cruisers) In that meeting she was told:

            -“You’ve made a wonderful victim . . . why don’t you go home and continue doing that?!”

            -“We have “SOMEONE ELSE” who wants their name on your project* . . . you understand . . . it’s political.”

            *referring to our 100 million dollar VAA National Community Action Project that will fund 50 offices in 50 states for VAA. It is the brain child totally of our VAA President; she’s been working on it for 2 years now.

            -“Why don’t you quit telling everyone about your 12 years in collections, 6+ in finance, and 16 in                                           management? Is that really necessary?”

            -“Why is it so important to you to advertise that you are the Nation’s only national 501-c-3 nonprofit                                   dealing in Identity Theft issues?”

            - While she was told the above items . . . Word has been maliciously spread that our VAA President has a “bad” reputation – don’t work with her!

            ~ Just what kind of “bad” person would spend years setting up a help agency for victims? (See the                                    attached “A Few Things About VAA”)

            ~ Just what kind of a “bad” person would do it on her own time with her own funding?

            ~ What kind would take off from paid employment (two years ago) to finalize the start-up organization?

            ~ Would start fundraisers (only to find that funding programs would not be allowed to be put in place)?

            ~ Would actually go so far as to lose her own home trying to get the nation to see the need for this                               organization?

TELL US: just how “BAD” of a person is this?! You can continue to believe these perpetrators, or you can begin to stand up and show that you have a backbone also by showing some support for this much needed organization that can no longer survive on the around the clock, year after year efforts of just one person and volunteers when every time a fund raiser is put into place it is immediately smacked down by this ominous force that keeps watch over it by tampering with phone, mail, fax, e-mail and computers.

It’s gotten to the point that #1 and #2 all run in together. Everything happening in #1 is exactly the same as the break-ins, impersonations and perpetrations in #2. VAA has been totally SHUT-DOWN by this latest attack. (The most high-tech and organized group of trained professionals orchestrating this attack against VAA that our VAA President has seen in her 17 years experience with this type of perpetration). What’s a 17 year victim to do?

Our VAA President has NO INTENTION to turn her back on other victims. Especially if they have been a 15+ victim as she has. Hopefully through a national organization such as VAA – she can bring the attention needed to this horrendous problem since the press and all who she has contacted have chosen to keep this problem under wraps and not give it the spotlights it needs to make it finally come to an end.

What’s it really like? It stinks of the Nixon/McCarthy era. Listen to Hilary Clinton’s interview about her book. She describes it to a “T”, only she blames “THIS administration” for using these tactics. (Character assassinations, home break-ins, harassment, mail, phone, fax, and computer tampering, black-balls from any employment, impersonators, etc.) If it lasts for 17 years . . . it’s got to be something in place within our system that possibly this administration may just happen to make use of more frequently.

If the perpetrator spreading this untruth about our VAA President proves to be a government organization that VAA will be working hand in hand with to help victims of Identity Theft in any way that we can: shame on you! Get on the team! If the perpetrator spreading this untruth about our VAA President proves to be doing so because of an organized hate list, (that this perpetrator is trying to NOT let Americans know about a current and active “list” and one of it’s victims – by quickly shutting her and VAA down): PLEASE do NOT allow the Patriot Act to STAY in place!

Is our government funding (as Senator Clinton stated is how “this administration” funds what is done) being used to keep a help agency for victims of Identity Theft out of the U.S., To keep an innocent U.S. citizen down and out for 17 straight years and ongoing, To keep word of it out of other Americans ears and awareness?! Why was she told in a professional DC meeting that “You’ve made a wonderful victim, why don’t you go home and just keep doing that?!

Our VAA President is NO LONGER a VICTIM and will NOT allow herself to be shoved back into that role by a fake attack to make her look like a victim!! She will NOT be forced into a token “Victim of the U.S.” role as “Someone Else” politically takes the liberty to close her organization for victim’s and take her fundraiser (The VAA National Community Action Project). She is a SURVIVOR and intends to show other victims how to reach that same level.

WHOOPS! In working with victims from around the country our VAA President has accidentally run into others with her same problem: 15 to 21 year long victims with extensive problems – not just I.D. Theft. Is THAT WHY she is NOT BEING ALLOWED TO GET VAA FUNDED? Is THAT WHY VAA is being forced to close down? You, as an American: are NOT SUPPOSED to know about her. You are NOT SUPPOSED to know there are others.

Do NOT allow her any longer to be forced into that “victim” role through continual and intentional set-up occasions of slander, break-ins, and character assassinations. She is very much a financial professional ready to jump in and professionally help victims (see her resume that they want to be sure you are not aware of) . . . she has helped victims for two years now . . . and doesn’t intend to be “bullied” out from what must most obviously at this point be her God-Given Mission. Do YOU want to touch or tamper with that?! Why not jump in and help?

HAVE YOU TRIED TO HELP?!

- IF ANYONE HAS ATTEMPTED TO HELP VAA (the nation’s only national 501-c-3 nonprofit set up to help victims of identity theft on the financial side of their crime), we have NOT received ANY help at this end (NEITHER investigative nor financial).

- We must stress that our VAA President MUST be personally involved in ANY investigation if you would like to try to help with that aspect of our problem. We have been told that a stockbroker at J.C. Bradford (where our VAA President’s NASD Proctor Center Series 7 exam was tampered with) put out bundles (financially) for investigations to help get to the bottom of our VAA President’s ongoing problem – only to have “nothing” found. (The NASD Proctor Centers were closed all over the country after her problem.) If she’d only known someone was trying to help! She could have shown them exactly what to watch for, where, and when! So . . . do NOT help if she is not aware of everything that you are doing. DO NOT.

-When you “pay” investigators (as this stockbroker did) who work alongside the very people who are perpetratingthis crime (who play a “good guy/bad guy” role) – you will find “nothing” every time. Our VAA President MUST be personally involved in any investigation (Not just “watched”, “monitored”, or “followed”) She must HEAD IT UP – or you will find nothing – Or worse yet – you will find exactly what     the perpetrator wants you to find: “She’s mental”, “ she’s lying”, “ she’s out to get attention”, “She’s always been this way”. So, don’t try to help by calling for an “investigation” – that’s been done for 17    years now. Don’t “pay” for an investigation. You will be throwing your money away unless she is aware of what you are doing and has input. Let’s break that 17 year cycle and let her show you what she’slearned in those 17 years of training that these perpetrators have given her. Let her head up an investigation for a change. Do NOT slink around “investigating” – you will look like a perpetrator to her.

-Treat this “hate list” crime like a child sex abuse case. Talk to the child! If the 6 year old can describe in graphic detail the sex act – you KNOW you have a problem. If you ONLY talk to the perpetrator, will they tell you who did it?! You will be told about that victim: “he’s mental”, “he’s lying”, “she’s out to get attention”, and “he’s always been this way”. Our VAA President can describe to you in detail the investigative units of law enforcement and has learned if she reports a break-in, or any part of this – her problem only escalates.

-PLEASE don’t let these perpetrators get away with this!

-Our VAA President is a straight-laced, honest, ethical Christian who was brought up in a loving family household. Our VAA President had phenomenal parents who were activein their church and community. She has followed suit. Her Dad was instrumental in the ethical development of the American Collector’s Association (now known as the ACA International). She was brought up at his side as he helped to develop her fantastic business mind and started her knowledge of collections, finance, credit reporting agencies and all. Her brother now holds a position on that board as her Dad (Nellis Gardner) had historically done in the past.

-Please write, call and or e-mail your own senator/congressman. VAA is a national organization. This should be a concern of our whole nation. Millions of victims need our help on the financial side of this crime: with their credit reports, the collection agencies, cleaning up their credit record and good name. VAA helps one on one. We have financial backgrounds. We know the difference between “bad debt” and “victim”.

-Instead of being welcomed with open arms by our government for offering to assist with America’s victims our VAA President has been told:

            ~You’ve been such a “wonderful” victim! Why don’t you go home and continue doing that?!

            ~You’re a better victim than a helper of victims – why don’t you just keep on doing that?

                ~ “Someone Else” wants their name on your VAA National Community Action Project. (Our whole funding!) Sorry, you understand . . . it’s “political”.

NO: We don’t understand. We at VAA want to know WHO this “Someone Else” is who wants the fake ID detection Project we’ve been working on for almost two years now. We’ve been totally shut down by the last attack. Every manufacturer has agreed to send VAA a donation for every piece of equipment placed by VAA. We were going to supply this equipment to all police cruisers across the country (450,000 of them) and all of the airports nationally by soliciting corporations, foundations, and individuals to donate to VAA (naming that project) and 100% of their dollars would purchase this much needed equipment for both places. (VAA would get it’s funding from the resulting donations from the participating manufacturers.) Instead: We’ve been totally shut down by this latest attack to our mail, phones, fax, computers, e-mail, reputation, etc. Our VAA President has lost her own home because every fund raiser for the past two years has been shot down by these high tech attacks forcing her to fund the whole national organization for two years with no source of income, and when she tried for secondary employment to hold her over – she was actually told that they would love to have her but were afraid to hire her because she was black-balled and that they were told their business would definitely suffer if they were to hire her. This is America . . . Right??! While VAA is shut down the TSA is buying fingerprint scanning equipment for the airports. Please write to Admiral James Loy with the TSA and ask WHY he is not helping VAA by sending those orders through our non-profit so that the nation will have victims help offices in each state more quickly. It shouldn’t cost him anymore unless the “donation” funds are being diverted to this “Someone Else” we were told about that wanted our project! (See button to the right titled: Attn TSA for more info and mailing address.)

This VAA National Community Action Project is the project that would fund the immediate start-up of 50 offices in 50 states for VAA immediately following this fake ID equipment placement. You would have an office in your state! This project is the only one nationally that proposes to put prevention measures in place against ID Theft. Something that is gravely needed for this horrendous crime – otherwise the numbers of victims will just continue to escalate and when a crime is committed – you and I will have to show up in court if our names were used by the perpetrator and no one knows who that perpetrator really is.

            -If this “Someone Else” is allowed to extort our VAA National Community Action Project there will be NO VAA.

            -Our VAA President has been told that she is one of the top (if not the top) person in the country in Identity Theft issues. (That is on the financial side of the crime). She has 12 years experience in collections, 6+ as a financial consultant, 16 in management and 10 as a victim of ID theft that was perpetrated hand in hand with a 17 year hate list that included much, much more.

            -Now, instead of letting our very intelligent, very professional, business minded VAA president (who has spent years setting up this organization) help the millions of victims out there - she is being “shoved out” and back into a “victim’s role” by the very people who should be helping to find funding and who should be backing this organization 100%!

            -Our VAA President went through a divorce 17 years ago. She has been told byinvestigators over the years (and also by one of the actual perpetrators) that she had been put on this “hate list” because she wouldn’t get back together with her ex-husband and that he refused to remove her from this list. We really don’t care what or who started it. She can no longer go up against these professionally trained investigative units to try to “get proof” as to what’s going on! Why does she have to get her own proof? Why is our law enforcement made into pawns in this type of aperpetration? Why does no one else see this??! It can no longer be “covered up”. It must be addressed. It HAS to STOP! Her problems have included:

                                    -almost daily home break-ins

                                    -phone tampering

                                    -mail tampering

                                    -computer tampering

                                    -account tampering

                                    -harassment and abuse (physical, emotional, and mental)

                                    -stalking

                                    -extreme character assassinations

                                    -impersonators who would do anything in her name to ruin her reputation

                                    -blackballs from any employment -which could explain why VAA’s been forced to shut-down.(She can’t run that if she’s BLACK- BALLED now can she?!!) Check out her resume; look what she’s accomplished in spite of these Slime Balls! Her Dad would be PROUD . . . and you should be too . . . she’s made herself available to the nation for financial knowledge for a financial crime - does anyone want that help?!!

Please AMERICA! Help VAA!

-Don’t allow this type thing to go on in the United States of America!!

-Don’t allow our VAA President to be made into a “victim figure” by this “Someone Else” who wants to take our whole funding project!

-Help our VAA President to lead us in the help of victims of this horrendous financial crime.

-Demand that our U.S. President George Bush and our U.S. Justice Department get her OFF this list.

-No one should be allowed to do such a hideous thing for even one day (much less 17 years) to such a wonderful, loving, honest American who would never do a thing to hurt another – but, rather set up a huge national organization to help as many as she can find to help in any way that she can. We don’t know WHO did this and really don’t care. We do know she’s on a list and want her taken OFF of it now.

PLEASE . . . TOGETHER . . . ALL OF US. . .

-DEMAND THAT THIS FORCEFUL CLOSE-DOWN OF VAA QUIT IMMIDIATELY

-Demand that our VAA President NOT be forced to play a “Victim” role again.

-Give her the respect deserved for starting the nation’s ONLY National 501-c- 3 nonprofit to help victims of ID Theft on the Financial side of the crime. (See the attached “ A Few Things About VAA for details.)

-DEMAND that VAA be allowed to work freely on the VAA National Community Action Project (It is the carpet underneath our whole organization. – without it there is NO VAA).

-Find out WHO this “Someone Else” is who wants THEIR name on OUR project and demand that they be a 2 million dollar sponsor of the VAA National Community Action Project (rather than a perpetrator trying to steal it out from underneath our fledgling organization). By being a sponsor they will get “THEIR NAME” on everything to do with that project for the full 9 to 12 months that it will be in the media. That is the HONEST, FORTHRIGHT way to be a part of the VAA fund raising project.

-The VAA National Community Action Project (100%) is the brainchild of our VAA President. THAT America is her wonderful “business” mind. Please DO NOT ALLOW her to continue to be shoved into a “victim’s” role while “someone else” takes/runs away with her brainchild – our fundraiser: the VAA National Community Action Project.

-DEMAND THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT INVESTIGATE AND PROSECUTE THIS HATE LIST CRIME NOW.

Once signed up – every time you make a purchase at a participating store: VAA will be sent a donation. If you’re going to Christmas shop anyway – why not help our cause at the same time? Not just during the holidays . . . do this all year round!

ABOUT THE ABOVE:

Anything sent in for #1 will be used for VAA goals, missions, and programs.

VAA needs to take that type position for the VAA National Community Action Project if enough Corporate Sponsorships do not come in the near future. This is a 100 million dollar fundraiser. We will do this project either with Corporate Sponsorships, or Venture Capitalists: whichever proves to be the best fit.

We really do need strong support from all across the U.S. We suspect there are some who have attempted to do so and want to make sure that you know of the problems we have had and ask you kindly to try again. WRITE LETTERS TO PRESIDENT BUSH AND YOUR CONGRESSMAN / SENATOR:

- Demand that our VAA President be taken off this “hate” list.

- Demand that the character assassinations stop immediately.

- Demand that she not be black-balled from employment any longer.

- If that is why she is being shoved out of VAA: Demand that it all quit immediately: Seventeen years is long enough! She is ready to help other victims. Let her!!   She’s bound to be good! This should never be allowed to happen in the United States for one day much less 17 years!

- Demand that our VAA President no longer be forced into a “victim’s” role. Ask President Bush and your Congressman/Senator to find out WHY Seldon Fritschner kept telling Ms. Steimel to be a volunteer             spokesperson (representing victims) for the FTC when the FTC already had repeatedly told her that they deal with “a Private Organization” and “did not need her”. . . When she’d already told Mr. Fritschner that she planned to HELP other victims out of CONTINUAL “victimhood” NOT continue to be a “token” victim herself. Ask if he was trying to tell her (in a round-about way) that they were shutting down VAA and she should work as a volunteer for FTC? How can they have the audacity to ask her to be a volunteer when they know very well that she has no source of paid employment and is black-balled from any? Find out WHY Mr. Fritschner took her into a private room (away from the professional meeting) and continued to dog her with this again?

- Ask What kind of person would tell her she’s made a great victim?! Or to keep being one??! Look into WHY Seldon Fritschner with AAMVA would have made such a crass statement (repeatedly)

- Ask are these the character assassinations, phone/mail/computer tampering, (that has caused this VAA business close-down), etc that Senator Clinton claims “this administration” is so fond of? Demand that it QUIT. Tell President Bush that it looks the same as the Hate Crime list Ms Steimel has dealt with for 17 years now. Demand to know if it is!

- Don’t let this “Someone Else” force Ms. Steimel to continue to be down and out while they walk off with the VAA National Community Action Project! Demand that it be found WHO this “Someone Else” is. Demand to know WHY Seldon Fritschner said that it was “Political”.

- Demand that VAA be allowed to run the VAA National Community Action Project- not have it “taken” by a politician who wants their name on it or the money attached to it. (We need it for 50 offices/50 states!)

- Don’t let Our VAA President continue to be “Someone Else’s” token “victim” any longer. Tell President Bush and your Senator/Congressman to check out ABOUT VAA at the website (if they are not familiar with it) to see what VAA has accomplished in that last few years before forcefully being closed down by this political gaming. Or download Ms Steimel’s RESUME and check out her background. Consider she accomplished all of this while continually being targeted by a 17 year long hate list crime. What could she do for the nation (and it’s victims) if you demanded that she be dropped from that “list”.

- Demand that Ms. Steimel be allowed to continue to be the very intelligent phenomenally caring leader of a National organization (totally put together by her) that she has been for years with the intense desire to help others who are put in a bad financial situation by the perpetrators of the financial crime: I.D. Theft.

- Demand that VAA be allowed to freely work the VAA National Community Action Project without phone, mail, e- mail, computer and fax tampering – WITHOUT ANYMORE POLITICAL TAMPERING. VAA no longer needs to be the scapegoat of this political ploy. Martha Steimel has been a victim for 17 years – Lay off and protect what she’s put together. Do not allow “Someone Else” to further victimize this woman. Demand that             Politics no longer interfere with the Nation’s ONLY national 501-c-3 nonprofit that’s been put together specifically for the victims (on the financial side) of the nation’s #1 and fastest growing crime in the U.S.: Identity Theft.

- Demand that VAA (or ANY agency dealing with the victims of Identity Theft- if VAA is not pulled out from under this hate crime problem) have advocates available with financial backgrounds who can knowledgably help the victims of Identity Theft and can tell the difference between “bad debt” and “victim”.

- Most Especially Demand that President Bush see that the Justice Dept does investigations immediately (with Ms. Steimel’s 17 year input) and GET prosecutions for hate crime victims nationally. Suggest they Hire Ms Steimel – she needs a job and has 17 years             experience in this arena.

- Demand the Justice Dept DO INVESTIGATIONS IMMEDIATELY (WITH Ms. Steimel’s 17 year input) and GET prosecutions for hate crime victims nationally. Suggest they Hire Ms Steimel – she needs a job and has 17 years experience in this arena. If government offices are also using these tactics – prosecute there also. It is time that Americans have freedom from this fear and it needs to start at the very top. When writing: Include with your letter a copy of Ms. Steimel’s letter from the White House stating that the Justice Dept     will contact her. If they think they have: possibly they spoke with either her perpetrator or impersonator.

- Remind the Justice Dept that they may need to contact in person because of the extreme mail, phone, fax, and computer problems.

- Demand that VAA, a help agency for the millions of victims of ID Theft, be allowed to be funded through the use of mail, phone, fax, e-mail, and computer just like any other free law-abiding American Citizen. Investigate: Make the mail, phone fax, e-mail & computer problems stop.

- Demand prosecutions for 17 years of lost time, defamation, slander and loss of income in this case and

- Demand that the U.S. Justice Dept help with OTHER organized crime hate list victims that Ms Steimel is aware of.

            VAA hasn’t fallen for this ongoing artificial “set-up” of intentional break-ins, phone, fax, mail and computer tampering so that when you looked you’d see a “victim” or a “mental case”. Don’t you fall for it either. Send any funding by direct wire to PNC. Do NOT mail at this time. Until we are assured that the VAA mail, phones, and computers are secure we do not want to risk any loss to you/or our not receiving your correspondence – however you may try and send it. Hopefully, with your help as suggested above – the Justice will intervene and we will be up and running again soon. In the meantime, hopefully identity theft victims will find our 400 page website a source of help and others will take the prevention measures suggested to hopefully keep from becoming one of the next victims.
